Solid construction and low maintenance means the Villas are built to last. Each villa features clay bricks, internally and externally, with PVC round downpipes to minimise corrosion. Colourbond “Ultra” metal to gutters fascia and valleys boards.
Fully finished exteriors
All external areas of the villas are fully brick paved with gardens reticulated off a Village bore. All gardens come landscaped.
Each villa has a double lock up garage with an automatic remote control colourbond panel lift door. There is a barrier entry door and external sliding doors (2 max), all aluminium windows and sliding doors have insect screens and security locks. All doorways are a minimum 870 size allowing wide access of even the less mobile.

We’ve included panelcarve feature doors to all internal doors and robes, pivot glass shower door and screens, framed mirrors over vanities, convenient flickmixer taps throughout and sliding handshower set in showers and vitreous china basins for that extra class.
Fully tiled ensuites and bathrooms compliment a powder room with wall tiling to dado height. The villas have floor tiling also to entry and kitchen as per plan, extra high ceilings, light fittings fully installed with energy efficient globes and quality treated twist pile carpet with quality underlay throughout.
