Bethanie Esprit Cottages

The first week of June has seen seven of the new Bethanie Esprit Cottages from Stage 1 settle, with the first new owners excited to move into their new homes just 13 months after construction began.

In Stage 1 of the development 10 cottages were released and sold out within the first week. Stage 2 saw 12 cottages released and these owners are looking at a settlement and move in date around 30 June, which will mean 22 of the 34 cottages will be complete.

Priced from $299,000, there are 3 cottages in Stage 2 still available and prospective buyers are now encouraged to register their interest in the final 12 cottages available in Stage 3.
Bethanie Manager of Sales, Amanda McLearie said, “We have managed to keep to the timeframe of the project particularly well, especially given the current COVID-19 circumstance. There have only been a few weeks delay, due to some challenges with the supply of materials from both domestic and international locations and limiting trade numbers to certain areas and cottages. The first residents to move in are very excited to get into their new cottages.”

New owners Geoff and Di Spice say they are looking forward to making new friends and using the village pool and other facilities. Geoff adds, “It’s an exciting new chapter in our lives’. We have been caravanning for a few years. Whilst we loved the trips, we always feared what we may confront at our large suburban property on our return.”

The village’s architecturally designed cottages are safe, secure and easy to maintain with two bedrooms, full sized kitchen, courtyard and alfresco areas and a rear entry double garage.
Bethanie Esprit is an established, pet-friendly village with facilities such as a dedicated village manager, a clubhouse and gym, heated swimming pool, bowling green, movie theatre, craft room, hair salon, library, bar and dining room, caravan parking and an active Men’s Shed. In addition, a new wood storage shed workshop has been built.

Bunbury City centre is only a short drive or bus away, and the modern Eaton Fair Shopping Centre and medical facilities are in close proximity, as is Bethanie Fields Retirement Village and Aged Care Home.

Bethanie Esprit Cottages are one of Bethanie’s latest retirement living projects. Construction began in May 2019 and the estimated completion date for all 34 cottages is around August 2022.
