Chaplaincy at Bethanie
The Bethanie Chaplaincy team plays an important role in the spiritual wellbeing of you and your family, our residents and their families, and Bethanie staff.
Our professional chaplains support and guide your spiritual journey through experiences of grief and joy, loss and gain. They can help you discover hope for the future and provide encouragement to form and/or maintain fruitful relationships with God, others and self. This is undertaken in the spirit of love and acceptance, respect and humility.
Our chaplaincy activities and services include:
- Inter-denominational chaplaincy services
- Sunday services
- Services at Christmas
- Easter services
- ANZAC Day services
- Remembrance Day services
- Thanksgiving services
Our team also provides memorial services, Bible studies, one-on-one resident spiritual support, group discussions, hospital visits and funerals if needed and when possible.
Often comforting but never intrusive, our Chaplaincy team is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure their services are responsive and meet the highest standards.
