Bethanie proudly sponsor LASA’s Care & Ageing Expo

Jul 7,2017

The first care and ageing expo to be held in Western Australia will be staged at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on 29th and 30th July.

It will showcase products, services, information and education to enable visitors to compare the market and make an informed choice about the many aged care options available.

Hear from experts across a wide range of aged care issues such as choosing home care or residential care, how to care for people with dementia, how to navigate the MyAgedCare website, the latest technology in hearing aids, healthy ageing, and much more.

The Bethanie Lifestyle seminar stage will provide a continuous stream of information sessions from industry experts and discussion panels, along with the opportunity to ask questions.

As well, cooking demonstrations and presentations on travel, recreation, gardening and hobbies will be part of the line-up.

More than 60 exhibitors will include providers of residential care, home care, retirement living, equipment, health care, legal and financial, medical and technology services, along with support groups and government agencies. An in-house café will provide a venue where people can relax and review their journey through the expo.

If you are caring for elderly parents or loved ones, planning for your own care in the future, confused about how to access home or aged care services, what support is available, or need help navigating the system, the expo should provide lots of answers.

The Care and Ageing Expo is presented by Leading Age Services Australia (LASA), the national peak body representing providers of age services, including residential care, home care and retirement living.
