  1. The “Cashback Offer” available for villas listed for sale at Bethanie Geneff Retirement Village to a prospective buyer who:
    1. Signs an application form to enter into a Residency lease for an eligible property (stated above)
    2. Completes settlement of the eligible property on or before 30 June 2021 to receive $30,000.00 cashback at settlement
  2. The “Cashback Offer” will not vary the amount payable as the “Ingoing Contribution” under the Residency Lease Agreement.
  3. The “Cashback Offer” will be noted as a payment credit from Bethanie on the Settlement Statement and will not be paid direct to your bank account.
