Self care, or independent living units, are designed to provide an attractive and practical alternative to living in the general community. The villas offer comfortable accommodation for one or two people. The villas provide the independence and flexibility of a private home with the additional advantage of a 24 hour emergency call system.
Each home at Bethanie Beachside is environmentally friendly and energy efficient, assisting you to stay in control of your finances. All of the villas at Bethanie Beachside have a 6 star energy efficiency rating, as well as double insulation (with 50mm anticon to the roof sheeting and R2.0 batts to the ceilings).
Each villa has gas instantaneous hot water system as well as gas cooktops, duo flush toilets and water efficient showerheads and taps.
All roof and street stormwater is run off into the underground soakwell and retention system, which recharges the water back to the groundwater. Gardens are watered by automatic village bore.
Bethanie Beachside features architecturally designed luxury villas which feature a co-ordinated range of colourbond roof materials and Midland Brick external face brickwork.
Solid construction and low maintenance means the Villas are built to last. Each villa features clay bricks, internally and externally, with PVC round downpipes to minimise corrosion. Colourbond “Ultra” metal to gutters fascia and valleys boards.
