The Bethanie Group is very pleased to advise that it has reached an agreement with the City of Rockingham to purchase Bert England Lodge and the sale is expected to be complete on 4 August.
Bethanie assumed management of the facility in July 2021 on behalf of the City as the approved provider. Since that time the Bethanie Group has implemented a number of measures to continually improve the level of service offered to residents and ensure staff are well supported in their daily tasks.
The purchase provides long-term certainty of tenure and employment for both residents and staff. All existing agreements with residents will be maintained.
Bethanie looks forward to continuing to provide its residents with a high level of care and all Bert England Lodge staff with a safe and positive workplace.
