What is Home Care?

Home Care supports you to live independently in your own home as you age and your needs change. We can lend a helping hand with anything from personal mobility assistance to healthcare or help around the house and garden. As one of Perth’s leading Home Care providers, we can give you the peace of mind you need to ensure your daily living continues happily, safely and connected, in the place you feel most comfortable, your home.

We work in partnership with you to identify your priorities and provide you with assistance tailored to your unique needs. Our trusted and experienced care workers can help you or a loved one, so you have the freedom to maintain your lifestyle and connections with the community.

We prioritise the personal connection and relationship between our care workers and clients. We aim to have a small team of care workers who provide your services which gives everyone an opportunity to build bonds that go beyond that of a typical service provider.

How do I access Home Care services?

The Australian Government subsidises the cost of home support services that you can receive in the comfort of your own home.

Depending on your care needs, services can be accessed through the Commonwealth Home Support Program or a Home Care Package.

Commonwealth Home Support Program

If you only need help with a few tasks then the Commonwealth Home Support Programme may be appropriate  for you. It is aimed at providing a low level of support to give that little bit of extra help people may need to fully live independently and safely in their home.

Eligibility for this program is based on your support needs and age.

Speak to our Aged Care Navigation Specialist team to find out if this is right for you.

Home Care Packages

The Home Care Packages provide more personalised care for people with greater or more complex needs. All packages are aimed at providing the support for people to live safely at home for as long as they can.  You have more flexibility and choice in the services you want and how your care is delivered.

Depending on the level of Home Care Package you receive, you can get assistance with a range of different services.
