Once our Aged Care Navigation Specialists receive your application, we'll work with you to find a room that suits both your care needs and your budget. If you haven't already been on a tour, we'd be happy to arrange one. It's a great opportunity to visit the home, meet our friendly team, and have all your questions answered in person.
When you've found the right place and feel confident in your choice, we'll send you a room offer letter for your new home. From there, our team will guide you through the next steps, including completing your Residential Agreement and setting a date to move in. You're welcome to involve a family member or nominated support person at any stage. And we will be with you to make the process as smooth and reassuring as possible.
You're now ready to move into your new home. Our Customer Engagement Nurse and the management team at your chosen home will walk you through everything, from what to bring to how you choose to spend your day.
