How can I provide feedback?
Feedback can be made in person, in writing or over the phone.
If you are a resident funded by the NDIS:
Ways to make a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NQSC) about a provider include:
- By phone: 1800 035 544 (interpreter available) or TTY 133 677
- Via the National Relay Service – Ask for 1800 035 544
