At Bethanie Subiaco, we recently celebrated an extraordinary milestone – the 111th birthday of our beloved resident, Bridget Grocke. This remarkable occasion was more than a birthday; it was a heartfelt tribute to a life lived with resilience, grace, and joy.Bridget’s love for white roses inspired the day’s theme. Our talented team created an elegant rose-themed morning tea, complete with an extravagant cake and canapés that reflected Bridget’s favourite treat – fruit toast with Vegemite. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to honour Bridget and the simple pleasures she holds dear.
Family, friends, and staff gathered to share in the celebration, filling the room with warmth and laughter.
