Bethanie is pleased to announce the appointment of Enzo Evangelista as Chief Property & Development Officer , commencing 2 February 2026.This new Executive role strengthens our capability across property strategy, development, facilities, and long-term asset planning, supporting our ongoing investment in safe, well-designed environments for customers and staff. It strengthens our approach to external partnerships and ensures our built form is used deliberately to support our Thriving Communities model.
Enzo brings over four decades of experience across property development in Australia and internationally. He has held senior leadership roles with listed corporations, led large-scale development and facilities portfolios, and founded successful valuation and advisory businesses. His expertise spans strategic property management, commercial and residential valuation, built-form projects, land development, and corporate real estate solutions.
