Executive Leadership Update

Bethanie is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of Bethanie’s Executive Leadership Team and confirm a key leadership appointment. 

Victoria Griffith  will join Bethanie as Chief Operating Officer , commencing 3 August. 

Victoria joins us from Serco, where she has served as Contract Director responsible for the Fiona Stanley Hospital services contract since 2013. She brings extensive leadership experience from roles across operations, human resources, safety, quality, and organisational performance. 



Lara Moltoni  will join Bethanie as our Chief Clinical Officer , commencing 13 July. 

Lara joins us from East Metropolitan Health Service, where she has served as Executive Director - Patient Experience and Clinical Excellence. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles with North Metropolitan Health Service, leading safety, quality, governance and consumer engagement functions. She also brings hands-on aged care executive experience, having previously served as an Executive Director with Hall & Prior.  



We are also pleased to announce that Jacqui Hall  has accepted a permanent appointment as Chief Financial Officer  as of 6 July.   

Since joining Bethanie in September 2025 as Interim CFO, Jacqui has quickly established herself as a trusted leader and partner across the organisation. She has driven positive outcomes for the team, while supporting the broader business through a period of significant change and growth.
