Chris has over 20 years’ experience in management and senior management across a number of industry sectors. Positions have included State Commercial Manager, Regional and General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and in more recent years – Chief Executive Officer with Bethanie, one of Western Australia’s leading not-for-profit aged care and retirement living providers.
A dedicated health and community industry leader, Chris has participated on a number of industry related boards over the past decade including directorship of Leading Aged Services Australia and formerly as President of the then Western Australian Chapter (LASA-WA). Chris is a Board Director of Interlife Group and has recently been appointed as Chair of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Aged Care Forum.
Chris holds degrees in health and has also achieved a Masters of Business Administration.
Felicity has over 25 years’ experience working in the health sector in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Her background includes clinical, management and leadership roles in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors.
She is responsible for the operations of Bethanie's 12 Residential Aged Care Homes. She brings to the role a wealth of leadership experience, having spent the last seven years in various roles within Bethanie, including Therapy Services Manager, General Manager Central Services and General Manager Community. Felicity’s passion and energy for aged care are fed by a desire to see the industry change and grow, to flexibly respond to the needs of people as they age in an active and meaningful way, in their communities.
Felicity’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) and a Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education, School of Medicine and Dentistry, from the University of Western Australia.
With over 15 years’ experience advising CEOs and Boards on managing people for competitive advantage, Megan brings a unique blend of advisory skills, government experience and operational leadership support to Bethanie’s growing community stream including home care, retirement villages and social housing.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Arts (1st class honours) from the University of Canberra and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, Megan started her career in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet as a policy advisor and later an advisor to a Federal Government Minister. She later became the General Manager of Commercial Services in an electricity utility Western Power Corporation (pre-disaggregation) leading a team of over 500+ people. She later took on a similar role at Rio Tinto Iron Ore providing services across WA and interstate.
Most recently, Megan was a General Manager at Chorus Community Care and was part of the inaugural leadership team that implemented a three-way merger. Megan also serves on the Board of the Fogarty Foundation, a WA not-for-profit that works to improve education equity for all West Australian children.

Jo has both a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Business (HR) which have assisted in her over 20 years experience in Human Resources. She has held senior HR positions across hospitality and manufacturing in some of Australia’s largest corporate sector organisations which have involved her working not only in Perth but also in Melbourne and London.
In 2007 Jo decided to leave the corporate sector for Aged Care and joined Bethanie. Having special interests in the areas of Leadership, Culture and Change Management Jo has led major national change projects in the corporate sector and is a strong believer in open and transparent communication across all levels of organisations. Jo has responsibility for the strategic initiatives relating to Marketing & Brand and Bethanie’s Workforce including Organisational Development, Occupational Health and Safety and Industrial Relations.
As Chief Financial Officer, Roulé plays an integral role in providing financial advice in the development of the Bethanie strategy and treasury function to enable growth and commercial insights to improve business performance. She brings a strong leadership focus on growing a sustainable business, and leads her team to provide the highest level of financial support, advice, analysis and leadership across the organisation.
Prior to joining Bethanie, Roulé was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Orbital UAV (ASX: OEC) where she has been instrumental in the strategy to transition to an aerospace manufacturer.
Roulé is a Chartered Accountant with international experience across varying industries in financial management, strategic planning, risk management, audit and governance.
Shane is responsible for Bethanie’s strategic initiatives relating to growth, innovation and technology. He is a highly motivated senior leader with extensive experience leading commercial development, strategy and innovation teams across the mining, manufacturing, defence and financial services industries.
With a keen interest in applying technology to solve business problems, Shane has built strategic partnerships with international start-ups and scale-ups to deliver astounding customer experiences. Prior to joining Bethanie, Shane delivered a strategic partnership which allowed the launch of an Australia market-first wearable payment product and spent time working with a start-up digital bank in South Africa.
Shane holds a degree in Actuarial Science, holds post-graduate qualifications in accounting and was formerly the Chairperson of the Spirit of the Streets Charity.
