Help shape the ageing experience at Bethanie

Publish date: 25 August 2025

We’re inviting residents and family members to join Bethanie’s Consumer Advisory Group.  More information about the Bethanie CAG and current members can be found on our website under Latest News and Events – Stay Connected.

This passionate volunteer group meets quarterly and helps us improve the experience we provide to all our residents.

CAG members past and present

Whether it’s food, living spaces, or daily activities, the CAG makes a real difference to how we deliver services and strengthens the way we connect with residents while also fulfilling our responsibilities as outlined by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

Meetings are held on Wednesdays, from 2pm – 4pm in West Perth. You don’t need to have formal experience, just a genuine interest for helping others.

My experience on the CAG is personally very fulfilling, as I along with the other members, I have been responsible for suggesting improvements being made to the Bethanie homes which have enhanced the living experience for residents ”- Leanne, current CAG Chair

To apply or request additional information please contact Candice Payne at candice.payne@bethanie.com.au .

Our CAG is vital in influencing the development, delivery and evaluation of care and services. By working with them, we can continue to improve the quality of care and services we provide, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of those we serve.

Applications close on Wednesday 24 September.
