Bethanie Beachside
, in the northern suburb of Yanchep, was built in 2007 with a 160-bed aged care home. In 2014, 42 retirement village units were added on, along with a central clubhouse.
This vibrant group of Village residents love their access to the bush and the beach, and with more land available, were keen to welcome additional residents into their close-knit community.
With the increase in population along the northern corridor and improved amenity and transport links, demand for retirement living has dramatically increased within the local area.
In July 2021 the Bethanie Board approved the development of a further 33 independent living units over two stages. The first stage was constructed and completed in June 2023 welcoming a further 29 residents to the village.
The second stage of 17 units is currently under construction with the first of the homes expected to be completed in the middle of 2025.
Sales for the new stages has been strong with all units presold prior to completion. Additionally, all people who purchased have experienced capital growth prior occupying their new home.
We look forward to welcoming our next wave of retirees to Bethanie Beachside next year.
