Improvements to Reporting in ARCH
At Bethanie, psychological safety is just as important as keeping you physically safe, and as always, we encourage you to ensure you are reporting all workplace hazards and incidents in ARCH. Recent improvements to the ARCH system makes reporting incidents quicker and easier to submit. Additionally, there are now two ways to make a confidential report, depending on the type of report being made:
